FRSC mobile court convicts 45 traffic offenders

ASABA —Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC,
mobile court sitting in Asaba, presided over by
Magistrate Victoria Ghomorai, has convicted 45
traffic offenders, discharged three and
remanded two in custody.
Offences for which the offenders were convicted
ranged from failure to install speed limiting
device, drivers’ license violation, overloading,
seat belt violation, among others.
However, the Sector Commander of the FRSC
in Delta State, Corps Commander Rindom
Kumven, has advised motorists to install the
speed limiting device in their vehicles as its
advantages outweigh its disadvantages.
